Ethical Commitment

Journal is committed to maintaining and applying high standards of academic publication ethics throughout the entire publication process. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher, share a responsibility to uphold academic integrity, scientific honesty, transparency, objectivity, and professionalism.

Journal does not tolerate any form of publication misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification or manipulation of data, duplicate publication, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or other forms of academic misconduct.

In implementing its publication ethics policy, Journal follows the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and applies appropriate procedures to address suspected ethical violations in a fair, transparent, and responsible manner.

Core Principles of Publication Ethics

1. Academic Integrity

All parties are expected to maintain honesty, integrity, and originality throughout every stage of the research and publication process.

2. Scientific Honesty

Research data, methods, findings, interpretations, and supporting information must be presented accurately and honestly and must not be fabricated, falsified, or manipulated.

All parties involved in publication should provide relevant information transparently and disclose circumstances that may affect the objectivity or integrity of the publication process.

4. Professional Responsibility

Authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher are expected to perform their respective responsibilities professionally, objectively, and in accordance with accepted standards of publication ethics.

Responsibilities of Publication Stakeholders

Authors

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted work is original, free from plagiarism, based on honestly reported research, and accompanied by appropriate disclosure of relevant information and potential conflicts of interest.

Editors

Editors are responsible for maintaining objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the editorial process and for making publication decisions based on the scholarly quality and suitability of the manuscript for the Journal.

Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, confidentially, and without conflicts of interest, while respecting the confidentiality of the submitted work.

Publisher

The publisher supports the implementation of publication ethics standards and provides an environment that enables the publication process to be conducted transparently, responsibly, and with academic integrity.
